We don’t have to get bent out of shape because of someone’s opinion that’s contrary to ours. Instead, we can be open to listening to the opinion if it proves useful to us or we can eat the meat and spit out of bones.   It is okay to agree to disagree and as long as there is no physical harm or inflammatory remarks. Rejection is not about us personally, but is about the opinion of those individuals in which they have every right to have just as we have every right to our opinions. We don’t have to take it personally because it is just an opinion and nothing else. We can just move on; meaning we just have to accept someone’s opinion as is.
