Confidence and Encouragement

Encouragement

Correction does much, but encouragement does more. — Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

We need both correction and encouragement. We need correction so that we know what mistakes we’re making. Corrections may sting us a little. However, we become better people. Supports are made to help us to continue improving on the things that were corrected. Although encouragement does more to build up confidence, correction builds up character. What we need the most is a character. A character is expressed through how much confidence we have in ourselves. We are unafraid to be ourselves because of our trust.
