Life is difficult enough for all of us. It is how we deal with it is important. Sometimes, we must give ourselves a break from the hardship of life and laugh with friends and family. It’s a balance act. Some of us can be caught up in life’s problems and we forget to laugh. Laughter is a good mental medicine for life. Laughing supports the health of our body. Laughter can break up silence in a room. Laughter changes the room from black and white to a rainbow of colors. Laughter is a result of looking at something in a positive light.
