“Knowledge is a treasure, but practice is the key to it.” ~Lao Tzu
If only we apply half of the knowledge we acquire, we would know what works and what doesn’t work. We get some much information about everything that it is difficult to sort through it all. When we practice doing something that requires knowledge, our learning becomes real and we understand the subject better. But knowledge is abstract, if it’s not used. The treasure is in the understanding through the use of knowledge. We get a deeper understanding of things when we use it. The knowledge usually sticks when we apply to something that will help us.
