If our mental attitude governs our happiness, then we have a choice and an opportunity to change our attitude. We don’t have to be controlled by external forces or feel like they are controlling us. We can change our way of looking at external conditions that we think influences our attitude. We can always find something positive in an unpleasant event. When we find something positive in an unpleasant event, our mental attitude becomes hopeful.
