“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” ― Dalai Lama XIV
We have control over what make us happy only if we act. We can’t wait on happiness to anoint us. We have to do something because happiness is an experience. Happiness is also a state. Happiness is something we do. If we want to change from one state into another we must take action. The action we take is a choice we make. It is up to us to decide what action we want to pursue. As we experience action, we’re also experience freedom. We experience our actions through the freedom of expression. The freedom of expression is our experience of happiness.
