“Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts. This is the secret of success.”— Swami Sivananda
Self-confidence starts with small goals. Each time we succeed in accomplishing a small goal we gain self-confidence. It is easer this way than to start out accomplishing something grandiose. If we start out trying to meet a big goal, and then fail, our self-esteem would plummet, thus no self-confidence. We need confidence in ourselves so we can rely on ourselves to accomplish our goals. When we put in our heart, mind and soul, we are focused. Our internal conflicts, our doubting thoughts creates in us the struggle to succeed, however, we don’t have to stop for them, but to continue on pushing through until we get there. The more we push through, the more focused we get the less time we have to focus on our struggles.
